How does the "Risk-Free" Guarantee work?

We want you to be thrilled with your design. If you purchase credits but can't get the AI to generate a design you love, just email us at support@socky.ai before you place your print order. We will refund your credit purchase in full, no questions asked.

What does "Unlimited Generations" mean?

It means exactly that—you can keep hitting "Generate" until you find the perfect design! We encourage experimentation. However, please note this is for personal sock design use only. Accounts using the generator for unrelated purposes or in an automated way may be restricted.

What size are the socks?

Our socks are a "One Size Fits All" tube style design (US Men's 6-12 / Women's 7-13). They are made from a stretchy, comfortable poly-blend fabric that adapts to most foot sizes.

Can I return my socks?

Because every pair is custom-made to order just for you, we generally cannot accept returns for "change of mind" after the order is printed.

However, if your socks arrive damaged or with a clear print error, please send us a photo, and we will send a free replacement.

How long does shipping take?

Production typically takes 2-5 business days. Shipping within the USA usually takes another 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
