Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Socky.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. License to Use
Socky.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI generation tools solely for the purpose of creating designs for custom socks to be purchased through our platform.
3. Fair Use & "Unlimited" Generations
We offer "Unlimited Generations" to paid credit holders to encourage creativity and iteration. However, this is subject to a Fair Use Policy:
- Personal Use Only: The generator is intended for creating sock designs. Using the tool as a general-purpose image generator for unrelated projects is prohibited.
- Anti-Abuse: Automated access, scripting, botting, or bulk downloading of images without purchase intent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
- Rate Limiting: We reserve the right to temporarily throttle generation speeds if we detect unusual activity that strains our systems.
4. Refund Policy (The Risk-Free Guarantee)
We want you to love your design. Our refund policy is split into two phases:
Phase 1: Design Phase (Before Printing)
If you purchase credits and are unable to generate a design you are happy with, you may request a full refund of your credit purchase ($25) before you place a print order. Contact support@socky.ai to initiate this.
Phase 2: After Printing
Once a design has been submitted for printing, we cannot offer refunds for "change of mind" or dissatisfaction with the artwork. Because these are custom-made goods, all sales are final upon printing.
Exceptions: If your product arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or significantly different from the print preview due to a production error, we will work with our provider (Printify) to offer a free replacement or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the specific designs you create. By using our service, you grant Socky.ai a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and print your designs to fulfill your orders and for marketing purposes (e.g., "Recent Creations" gallery).
6. Limitation of Liability
Socky.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us.
